"The College is proud today to provide the homeland, the armed forces, and brotherly and friendly countries with a new group of promising leaders who have received in this institute a scientific and intellectual qualification that is in line with the requirements of the times and is equivalent to the levels of rehabilitation,". Strategic leaders of many universities and international academies, leaders who are equipped with contemporary knowledge, armed with determination, determination and ambition, ready to perform their great national mission. "

Stressing that the college "will remain the same as the will of our supreme leader, a beacon of science, knowledge, development and follow-up to all the outputs of the strategic environment, our guide and our thoughts and suggestions His Majesty the Supreme Leader of the strategy, which constitutes the basic material and motivation of scholars for research and analysis in politics, strategy, environment and economics."

In his speech in which he congratulated the graduates of the national defense courses 14 and 23,  he asked them to apply what they had learned during the period of affiliation to the Faculty of Science and knowledge, to realize their responsibilities and to employ their energies and creativity in their future positions.

At the end of the ceremony, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff distributed certificates to the graduates of the National Defense 14 and War 23 courses, which included a number of officers of brotherly and friendly countries. The Royal Jordanian National Defense College ordered the presentation of the annual strategic assessment document to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

The graduation ceremony was attended by the directors of the security services, a number of chiefs of staff in the General command of the Jordanian armed Forces — the Arab Army, the Royal Air Force Commander and the chief of the University of Mu'tah vice-president of the University for Military Affairs, A number of the military attachés of the brotherly and friendly states, and a number of the directors of the institutions and organs of the government and the members of the guidance in the college.
